What It’s Like to Work With Janna

Janna is a Registered Acupuncturist and the founder of Allies Integrated Health. She offers inclusive, trauma-informed care that blends acupuncture, cupping, TuiNa (Chinese massage), QiGong, and individualized lifestyle and herbal recommendations to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Her approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the nervous system and the belief that healing happens best when people feel safe, heard, and respected. Whether someone is seeking support for chronic pain, stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma, or gender-affirming care, Janna works collaboratively with each patient to create treatment plans that are practical, personalized, and aligned with their goals.

Drawing on her background in psychology and traditional Chinese medicine, she focuses on helping patients better understand their bodies while creating space for both immediate relief and long-term wellness. Her treatments are gentle, patient-centered, and tailored to meet each individual where they are.

Janna believes healthcare should be collaborative rather than prescriptive, and she strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel empowered to actively participate in their healing journey.
