Otis Bell (he/they)
Registered Acupuncturist in Victoria, BC | Integrative Bodywork & Intuitive Care
If you’re looking for acupuncture in Victoria, BC that goes beyond symptom relief and supports your whole system, you’re in the right place.
Otis Bell (he/they) is a Registered Acupuncturist offering integrative acupuncture, therapeutic bodywork, and intuitive guidance at Allies Integrated Health. As a trans and queer practitioner, he is passionate about helping create affirming, respectful care spaces where people can show up as themselves.
His work supports people experiencing chronic pain, stress, nervous system dysregulation, burnout, and emotional overwhelm, helping the body shift toward balance, regulation, and ease.
Otis blends Traditional Chinese Medicine with somatic bodywork and nervous system-focused care. Treatments are tailored to each person and may include acupuncture, acupressure, meridian and channel therapy, reflexology, myofascial release, deep tissue techniques, and therapeutic point work.
A whole-person approach to healing
Otis works with the understanding that the body holds both physical and emotional patterns. Through skilled touch, grounded presence, and intuitive awareness, his treatments support the release of tension while creating space for deeper integration and healing.
Sessions are collaborative and responsive, meeting you where you are. Whether you’re navigating pain, stress, or a period of change, care is designed to support both immediate relief and long-term regulation.
