What’s your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to areas being treated. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask when booking your appointment.
Do you offer direct billing for insurance?

What should I bring to my appointment?

Yes! All of our practitioners are licensed, certified, and regulated by their respective professional colleges and associations to ensure the highest standard of care.
How often should I come in for treatment?
The frequency of visits depends on your individual needs, goals, and treatment plan. Some patients come in weekly, while others schedule sessions monthly or as needed. Your practitioner will help determine the best schedule for you.

Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

What happens if I arrive late to my appointment?
We understand that delays happen. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid overlapping with the next appointment. Please call us if you’re running behind!
Can I book recurring appointments in advance?
Yes! If you’d like to secure a regular time slot, we can schedule your appointments in advance to ensure consistency in your care.
