Your Well-Being Matters—And You Deserve Support

Mental health isn’t just about crisis care – it’s about feeling grounded, supported, and connected in everyday life. At Allies Integrated Health, we believe healing happens in safer, inclusive spaces where you’re seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
We’re actively building a community-driven foundation of mental wellness through:
- Peer-led wellness gatherings and events
- Somatic healing counselling sessions offered by Sarah Doyle
- Holistic practices like community, sliding-scale acupuncture offered by Jenna Halleran
- One-on-one counselling sessions offered by Kaleigh Scott
- Queer grief group series starting in the fall
- Somatic intimacy coaching offered by Tarea Kuypers
Because navigating your well-being shouldn’t be something you do alone.
Creating a Safer Space for Mental Health

We’re here to meet you where you’re at – with no judgment, no pretence, and no pressure to “perform wellness.” Whether you’re facing stress, burnout, or just looking for ways to stay grounded, our wellness sessions are designed to support your mental and emotional health in real, practical ways.
What makes our approach different?
- Focus on empowerment over mere coping
- Spaces that are inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally aware
Wellness support built around real-life experiences, not textbook expectations
Before we get started, we’ll talk through what’s going on with your body, what you’re hoping to get out of treatment, and how we can make the session work best for you.
What to Expect: A Collaborative, Personalized Approach

Before your first session or event, we’ll talk through what’s been going on in your body and mind, your goals, and what kind of support feels most useful for you. Every step of your care is a collaboration – because you know yourself best.
Our offerings may include:
- Wellness Gatherings & Support Circles: Group sessions focused on connection, shared experience, and mutual support
- Educational Workshops: Tools for mental resilience, stress reduction, mindfulness, and emotional self-regulation
- Peer Connection & Community Building: Creating networks of care through shared stories and solidarity
- Community Acupuncture: Gentle, accessible body-based care to support emotional balance and stress relief
Coming Soon: Community-Based Mental Health Programs
We’re laying the groundwork for ongoing mental health programming right here in Victoria, BC. These services will grow in collaboration with local practitioners, educators, and community voices, because healing doesn’t happen in isolation.
If you’re interested in upcoming programs or want to be part of the conversation, sign up for our newsletter or reach out -we’d love to hear from you.
